Fbxo15 knockout and CAG-EGFP transgenic double mutant mice. Fbxo15, F-box protein 15 is a novel target of undifferentiated-cell-specific transcripton factor Oct3/4 playing essential roles in self-renewal of ES cells and mouse early development. Fbxo15 is predominantly expressed in mouse undifferentiated ES cells.
